Security Deposit Range: $500.00 - $1,200.00 (Per Household)

Pet Deposit (Upfront): $250.00 (Per Pet)

Pet Rent: $10.00 (Monthly Per Pet)

Damage Waiver Program: $15.00 (Monthly)

Trash Service Fee: $6.00 (Monthly)

Pest Control Fee: $3.00 (Monthly)

Detached Garage Rentable Item: $150.00 (Optional Monthly)

Storage Rentable Item: $35.00 (Optional Monthly)
